Description: PAYMENT OPTION 1
For those who wish to start their payments for Camp 2027 from November 2026.
PLEASE ONLY USE THIS BOOKING POINT IF YOU WANT TO MAKE THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS AS DETAILED BELOW.
There are separate payment points for those who wish to wait and book in the new year - PAYMENT OPTION 2 (deposit of £100 due by 1 March and monthly payments thereafter) and PAYMENT OPTION 3 (deposit of £100 due by 1 March and remaining payment paid in full in one go by 1 July).
Camp is for four days and the full cost is £325 per person.
Camp is non residential for members under 10 years of age.
Payment Option 1 - £50 deposit (non refundable) is due to book your place by 1 November 2026.
Balance will be due by 1 July 2027 and payment points are as follows:
£50 due by 1 February
£45 by 1 March
£45 by 1 April
£45 by 1 May
£45 by 1 June
£45 by 1 July
Price includes stable for ponies which includes one bale of shavings, food/drink each day, toilet and shower facilities.
No minimum age but members need to be able to sit on their horse unaided and be able to cope with a days riding/activities etc
PLEASE NOTE PARENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO REMAIN ON SITE DURING CAMP (INCLUDING FOR LEAD REIN MEMBERS)
