For those who started their payments in November 2025.
PLEASE ONLY USE THIS BOOKING POINT IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BOOKED AND STARTED YOUR PAYMENTS IN NOVEMBER.
There are separate payment points - for those on PAYMENT OPTION 2 and PAYMENT OPTION 3.
Camp is for four days and the full cost is £320 per person.
Camp is non residential for members up to 10 years of age.
Balance will be due by 1 July 2026 and remaining payment points are £45 due by:
1 July
Price includes either lorry or tent, one bale of shavings, food/drink each day, stable for ponies, toilet and shower facilities.
No minimum age but members need to be able to sit on their horse unaided and be able to cope with a days riding/activities etc
PLEASE NOTE PARENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO REMAIN ON SITE DURING CAMP (INCLUDING FOR LEAD REIN MEMBERS)
